'The room was clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel has been recently updated, but more of a quick, but not well-done or thorough update. Some details like carpet edging was lacking. The in-shower shampoo and conditioner were both empty.'

'This hotel has so much potential. A lobby and bar that is a 'ghost town.' Bar area looks nice however, never in use. Rooms could use some thorough cleaning. So much dust on tables, chairs & furniture getting run down. Needed a place to stay for one night however, next time I would rather pay a little more for cleaner & better amenities. Thankfully, bedding, bathroom & towels appeared clean. Staff was nice.'

'I’m typically not one to be negative … but the room I was given smelled absolutely horrible… like rancid fast food mixed with body odor. I got in late and just dealt with it. I eventually cracked the sliding window as far as it would go and tried to sleep on the window bench with my face pressed to the window screen for fresh air. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham hotels and had a wonderful experience. This was truly terrible and I should have asked for a new room. It was so late I didn’t want...

'The property was dirty in almost every respect: stains on the carpet and couch in the room, stains and rips in the towels, the shower sutras. Looked like it had mold on the bottom, never replaced the Kleenex, an item that was not trash was mistaken for trash and taken, the elevator flooring was ripped, the elevator sound like it may fail at any moment, ripped paint on the mirror, poor lighting in the bathroom, the pool area had trash and cigarette butts, and the pool is very cold - not heated as...

'The hotel is totally renovated. Each suite has the kitchen with a full fridge that has an ice maker. Bed is very comfortable and lots of choice for pillows. If you miss breakfast hours they still have fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk available if you prefer to sleep in. Staff is always asking if you need anything just ask. Close to the mall and eating places. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
