'The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. '

The pool was very cold; the rooms were run down and don't appear to have been deep cleaned in a significant period of time. The tv has some sort of mystery shut off set, there's no sleep timer or any timer set on it, it just shut off every 20 to 30 minutes.'

My husband then called the manager as he was not with us and she got mad and hung up on him We walked out and refused to stay. '

Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
