'Staff is so kindly I only stayed one night but they helped me for my transfer from airport and then to go to the city It is not a a luxury hotel but the room and bathroom are clean If i had to come again in Kolkata airport I will book in this hotel'

'Good location near airport. Very friendly and helpful reception with warm welcome. Even arranged a packed breakfast as we were leaving very early in the morning! Only negative is that the shower flooded.'

'Nice room but extremely cold. Rich breakfast however with tasteless food and super sweet drinks. Kind personnel. Extremely overpriced dinner of mediocre quality. Swimming pool located in the shadow all day long. Ugly concrete building in an old part of town. I would say: find yourself another option.'

'We got a free upgrade to suite room which was quite spacious. Hotel staff were quite helpful.'

'My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. '
