These two units located at the 18th floor have everything you need for your stay, whether you are here for business or leisure! Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV.

Located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low cost option to get around!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month).



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Exceeded expectations, a wonderful experience, great value.

This was a great booking, completely as-advertised, great views of downtown Dallas from the apartments and from the rooftop pool area. Absolutely beautiful apartments. There are tons of restaurants and things to do in the area within walking distance. Everything was clean and very welcoming when we arrived. The check in process was simple and easy. We felt very safe, and that our items were secure when left in the apartments. The restaurant on the main level of the building is great, and you get a discount if you mention Cozy Suites, a very nice perk. We had 10 guys and had plenty of room for everyone. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Communication from the hosts was also top notch. Quick, accurate responses which were greatly appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for being a great host CozySuites!
