My mistake on witch la Quinta I was booking, this hotel from hell, has zero stars. Been under construction for over a year, no parking, $50 credit deposit, room was very out dated, dirty, bedding smelled old, bathroom tub was dirty, floor was broken, wifi cable was a joke. Over priced, hall carpet was trashed, stained bags of food out, no work out, no pool, breakfast was microwave eggs, muffin, old cereal. Still waiting on my deposit back. I stayed once before, A/c broken, toilet broken, my uniform and new shoes where stolen, front desk said sorry cameras where off, bs! To charge the guest $89. Dollars and not have all the amenities on line promoted, is absolutely ripping guest off. We realize there's no customer service these days, and most ppl have no other option but to book for convenience. BBB should look into the property owners, they are making as much as the higher end hotels, and hurting, robbing the American ppl. I write reviews on everything I buy, or book, or travel to. Shopping, dining, staying. Customer service ce has really dropped since 2015. Everywhere. It's extremely rare to get it, and I'm the first to throw reviews up with as many stars as I can, honestly. The La Quinta inn on highway 80 & Beltline gets zero stars. No cancellations or I would have immediately. yes I survived last night, did not sleep, and still hungry and waiting on my deposit. 🙁
