Een eigentijds huis met één verhaal, goed ingericht en met een ruime en schaduwrijke achtertuin. Gelegen in een rustige buurt aan de rand van een natuurpad bekend als Audubon Park. Het huis is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de meeste bezienswaardigheden in Dallas, zoals de Dallas Zoo, Fair Park, het centrum van Dallas, het American Airlines Center, de Mesquite Rodeo, de Galleria, White Rock Lake, Lake Ray Hubbard, enz. Allemaal binnen 12 mijl of minder. 3 slaapkamers bieden een kingsize bed (slaapkamer) een ander kingsize bed (slaapkamer 2) Queen bed (slaapkamer 3) en en een full size futonbed in de woonkamer bieden voldoende slaapruimte voor maximaal zeven personen. we garanderen een goede nachtrust.

A Friendly Stay

We enjoyed our trip to Garland. It gave us access to many sites for us to enjoy in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. The Vargas were very pleasant hosts.. They responded to inquiries quickly. We appreciate them allowing to use their home.

Very enjoyable!

This was an awesome experience! We were in town to visit our grandkids and we needed a place where we could laugh, talk, make a family dinner and have room for the kids to run around! This fit the bill perfectly for us! And in addition, the owner lives right across the street which would have been extra convenient if we had needed him, which we didn't! My grandkids had a wonderful time playing in the backyard, and the adults enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and talking! We fully intend to come back!

Our host, Jesus and his wife, were very helpful. The property was close to my brother's home in Garland. He is suffering from lung cancer so it was a short trip to visit him.

Awesome Hosts and beautiful backyard

The host were really nice! They gave us the tour of the house on check-in and made sure we were provided with all necessary info. Unfortunately, we went during the winter storm and due to power outage the heater was not working and we had to cut our stay shorter. Hosts were very helpful and worked with us to refund the money for remaining of the stay. They even took their posting off until weather improved. We will be staying there again when we go back to Dallas

My family was absolutely delighted to stay here! Eva and Jesus were perfect hosts. The special holiday touches were just so appreciated- they even put up a Christmas tree! We're so grateful to have had such a merry place to stay while we were here celebrating Christmas with family.

Simple house, everything provided. Great yard.

This is a simple home that was good for my group. It's a corner lot with a large fenced in back yard. Would be great for kids/dogs or anyone looking for patio time. The neighborhood seemed nice but the overall surrounding town isn't known for being a great area. We got looks from friends in Dallas when we told them where we were staying. We experienced no issues and never felt uncomfortable. Note that the owners live directly across the street, which could make some a little uncomfortable. They were very kind and inviting when we checked in, but I know many travelers enjoy minimal involvement and privacy from owners. There is no keyless entry or key box.

Peaceful night after long day at work

Local getaway

We stayed for a weekend. Eva got us all settled and we had no problems. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was lovely and shaded with seating. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice get away.
