Welcome to our stunning Luxury Oasis home, right in the heart of Plano TX! Our home is filled with beautiful décor that will make you feel like you've stepped into your own mini vacation. We have 5 smart TVs throughout the house, Foosball table, Jacuzzi, and large backyard area with plenty of space for everyone! We are located minutes from North Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike to get you to anywhere you need in the DFW area!

**Upon arrival we do have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement.

This gorgeous home has 4 Bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are also outfitted with Full size beds, 1 bedroom with Queen size bed, and the master bedroom fitted with a King size bed for your comfort.There is 2 stunning bathroom, equipped with bathroom essentials. Entire home is extremely clean, and meticulously maintained for your comfort and satisfaction. ** There is also a twin air up mattress available onsite.

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, vacuum, broom and dustpan, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Or maybe “WFH” in style...

This is a stand alone home, in a great location. You’ll have your own private entrance and the whole place to yourself! We're right off a main road, which makes it super easy to get to shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Since we’re on the corner, you might hear some traffic now and then—especially in the backyard or occasionally inside. But don’t worry, each bedroom and the living room have their own TVs, and there’s plenty to do around the house to help keep things fun and relaxed.

**We do ask if you try and remove shoes while in property and keep shoes off carpets to preserve their quality**

* Each of our properties is thoughtfully stocked with a starter supply of essential items to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in experience. Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay.

**Property does have Exterior security camera present at the front entrance only. The property also has Carbon monoxide alarm, Fire alarm, and Noise decibel monitor present (none of the internal alarms or devices record audio)

Other things to note:

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. Up to $1000 fee for excessive cleanup.

★ SHOES★
Please leave shoes at the door. There are signs at the entrance to remind you to remove your shoes inside the home. carpets are very nice and clean and we would like no shoes on carpets. If carpets are dirty, could be subject to extra cleaning fees.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All 5 of our TV's are smart TVs and we use Roku. You may use your own personal Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. accounts by simply logging in. Please enjoy the Foosball table and our out door Jacuzzi.

★ Jacuzzi Rules ★
There is a sign posted outside the Jacuzzi on the wall. Please read the rules before accessing the hot tub. If you do not follow the rules and excessive maintenance is required after your stay, you could be subject to extra charges or forfeit your deposit.

★ PARKING★
You will have your own private driveway and will have access to your own private garage. The garage is a 1 car garage. The driveway is a single car driveway but you can fit two cars back to back. Max 2 cars allowed in driveway. Additional parking is available all along the street if needed. Please park facing the correct direction on the street and do not block other peoples driveway, could be subject to towing or fines by the city. If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

The front door is key pad access and will have a codes sent to you the day your reservation begins. You will have access to the garage remote for access if you choose to use it. If the garage remote is lost or not returned inside the property after your stay, it will be a $500 replacement fee. Please return the garage remote where it was located upon your arrival.

We work diligently to answer all your messages in a timely manner. During normal business hours between 8am-5pm, we will be able to answer any questions extremely quick. Anything outside normal business hours please give us some time to respond, as we will answer all questions as soon as possible. We strive to have the best communication with all guests.

If it is after business hours and you need immediate assistance, please make a phone call to the number on file for your booking reservation. We would be more than happy to take your call and help assist you in anyway possible.

★ PETS ★
2 pets allowed ONLY. We do require a pre-check in deposit that is refundable. We do not allow pets on furniture and only house trained pets. If there is any sign of pet unrine, feces, or pets on furniture, the entire deposit will be forfeited. You are also required to pick up all pet waste out of the yard area. If this rule is not followed you will forfiet the deposit as well. There are poop bags supplied for guest to use for easy disposal. Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ SECURITY★
There is a security cameras on the premises. 1 is camera overlooking the front entrance, a smart doorbell. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.
