Room had plumbing issues it was clogged up. Once I left they put me down for do not rent. I'm no longer able to rent rooms because they had plumbing issues and the restroom was clogged up. I feel like that is unfair. I've booked here several times and not once had issues. Just to have that one inconvenience have me restricted from renting here again. I should have spoken to someone instead of having this problem.

Disappointed but you get what you pay for.
Was disappointed the elevator and stairs smelled of urine the room was patchwork of repairs. The AC unit never stopped running set temp to 70 after 30 minutes it dropped to 61 and the AC would not stop. Had to turn it off.

I loved that the property was extremely secure and how welcoming they are with pets and have a block of rooms for guests with dogs to not annoy of guests and housekeeping was extremely friendly and went over and above much more than my experiences at 4 and 5 star hotels. I guess my experience is so positive because i was expecting the worse and reality was welcoming.

This is the worst place i have ever stayed from BLACK MOLD on the wall in the room, switched rooms and the next room the roof was leaking bad and it was not raining ,hair in the rest room PROSTITUTES standing out by the front door and coming in hugging the managers pimps dropping off girls and picking them up METH HEADS selling stuff in the lobby took the loss and left not to get my refund.

upon arrival, I was told the ice machine was broken, and no ice was available anywhere else on the property. went down to the lobby/snack area to purchase a coke, only for my $1.75 to disappear with no return from the machine. I told the person behind the desk about it, and ).was told it was a third-party matter, and to contact the machine's vendor... there were no batteries in the remote.. so i bought some, (and took them with me when i left

When you make a reservation these individuals who work here with the building owner apparently do not want to have you have a early checking which would be nice they make the decision to make you comfortable ruining your stay leaving you outside saying you cannot have it early check in not even if you pay early check-in fee not for 13 hours. So these people apparently have another person in a few hours to stay in the room. And they have me outside I already paid the reservation the reservation was already paid for and they left me outside saying they will not give me a room. So it's pretty bad they left me outside and I'm outside I'm not inside they said they weren't going to let me have a early check-in not even for early check-in fee and they said not for 13 hours like if I were supposed to pay some more for 13 hours.
