The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go on and on. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for 1 night. Which, I still think was unfair since I got catfished into thinking the property was NEW. The listing should be updated to give customers the truth about the property. Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes.
