Guest Verification & Security



All guests are required to complete verification before their stay. To help protect our property and comply with applicable requirements, guests may be asked to provide:



•A valid government-issued photo ID

•Confirmed contact details

•Verification through our secure guest portal

•A background check, when applicable



All information collected is used solely for screening and identity verification purposes and is not retained or used for any other reason.



Guests must also sign a rental agreement confirming they will:



•Follow all rental rules and conditions

•Provide valid identification before check-in

•Complete a background check if required

•Finish the verification process to receive check-in details



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.



For added security, hallway surveillance cameras are in place, and a Minut device inside the unit monitors noise levels without recording audio.



Damage Protection



A $69 Damage Protection Program is included with your reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.



Garage Parking Information



Garage parking is available for an additional fee:



•1–7 night stays: $30 per day

•8+ night stays: $150 flat fee



Guests must register their vehicle every 24 hours to avoid towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not permitted in the garage.



Trash Collection Schedule



To maintain a clean and welcoming community, our team will access the garage during the following times:



•Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Trash bins will be moved to the curb for collection.

•Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Trash bins will be returned to the garage.



Before entering the garage, a team member will knock three times to notify guests.
