'Everything was wonderful'

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'Clean rooms, friendly staff, and clean atmosphere'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Always a great stay,in a great location , with an amazing bar downstairs !'

'Excellent location, close to many places we wanted to visit. Short distance driving to everything'

'Schoon, supervriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam.'

'Hotel is old infrastructure and not maintained well. The bathroom slide door is stuck and I reported to staff but no one comes to fix. I asked for blankets and they said short out of staff so I had to come down to pick it up. This is expensive charge hotel with this service and old room.'

'Gunstig gelegen hotel tegen centrum van Dallas. Grote kamers die goed verzorgd zijn. Hotel is zeker geschikt voor langere verblijven. Kamer was voorzien van keuken om zelf iets te kunnen koken bij langer verblijf. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed. Garage voor auto kost 25 dollar per nacht. Zwembad aanwezig'

'I did not like that you have to pay extra to park your vehicle.'
