'海景如圖片一致，房間整潔且非常簡潔，沒有過多裝修，有陣陣木味（應該是剛裝修完），職員上班時間為10點-19點但櫃檯長期沒有人，估計在員工休息室裡，隔音很不錯，床褥舒適，5樓是有名的All dy breakfast 餐廳'

'The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. 'We booked a suite. Very big room with a kitchen, couch and balcony. Weird was that it had one of the smallest bathrooms i ever encountered in a hotel. Checkin is very inconvenient as there is only a checkin machine and no lobby. Without a kirean phone number you will not receive the codes you need for checkin. 'Great location. Helpful staff who will explain things well. The room was clean. They use the old school small towels, so if you aren't used to that, you may be surprised when it's time to dry off after a shower. Water takes about a minute to get warm, just be patient.'

'Het staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. If you want to watch the sea from your bed(room) and go surfing all day, then you are in the right spot. But if you want to visit the rest of Busan, you’re not. It takes a lot of traveling. The environment looks a bit like a slum. Even for this area, you are not in the center.
