'Lifestyle hollidays is een groot complex, waarvan Crown onderdeel van uitmaakt. In tegenstelling tot de aanbieding hadden we buiten onze afdeling nergens toegang. En werden 2 van de 21 restaurants aangewezen ,deze waren niet te belopen en konden deze met het gratis vervoer bereiken. De bars, stranden elders op het "lifestyle" complex mochten we niet in vanwege de verkeerde kleur armbandje. Het "wellnes" gevoel staat hoog in 't vaandel van Lifestyle, maar zit 'm meer in de kleur van de armband en...

'This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! '

'In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. "Hotel was terrible, eten was alleen voor Dominicaanse toeristen bedoeld. Iedere avond hadden ze een thema-avond: Italiaanse thema? Dominicaanse smaak, Franse thema? Dominicaanse smaak, Gala avond: Dominicaanse smaak, Dominicaanse thema? Je raad het al Dominicaanse smaak. Ontbijt idem dito: weinig tot geen gezonde opties, bovendien was alles vettig en super zoet. De vrouwen die de schoonmaken zouden ze achter de receptie moeten zetten, zij weten hoe ze gasten moeten behandelen beter dan het personeel bij de receptie. Dus, een keer en nooit meer!"
