'We had an excellent stay - highlights include convenient distance from where we were taking a class and affordability. I loved having coffee on the porch and looking at the water. On the down side, we had ants that were right next to the door - however, property management were very responsive and put out traps that controlled the problem. 'My husband and I enjoyed our week renting the second floor of The Captain’s House. The rental is spotless, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a wealth of books and brochures on things to do in the area. Hanging out on the second floor porch was heavenly. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.'

'We came for 4 night to the Boothbay as usual and this place was the cats meow! It was immaculate a nd the bed was so comfortable. Having lived in the area for 65 years it’s fun to come back to vacationland as a tourist of sorts. This location is wonderful and fit us to a T!'

'On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend.'

'The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet.
