'2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great for getting together with friends. This is my 5th stay at village by sea condos. This particular condo was a little dated but clean and comfortable. It is close to everything, beaches, restaurants and ogunquit playhouse.'

'Our 7th year at the Grand Victorian and our 4th condo! Best of both worlds with a beach facing balcony and a patio overlooking the park and pier. Live music from the Myst for free and my favorite perk was the tall captain chairs for the deck so you can enjoy the view without the railing in the way!New washer dryer and plenty of hangers, towels and beach chairs for use. Definitely will be back if schedules allow!'

'Cute little place that is close to the beach and boardwalk. The pull-out couch is not comfy for sleeping. Everything else was great.'

'This was a great place to stay especially after hiking Acadia. We used washer and dryer multiple times. Great kitchen space, we used for Breakfast and Lunch. We also slept well, the beds were comfortable and cozy. Showers worked great, just bring your own toiletries. Living room was relaxing as all the chairs reclined and tv worked seamless. I would highly recommend this location for its proximity, cleanliness and it was super quiet!'

The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils and cookware we needed for breakfast and dinner. The snacks and drinks were a very nice touch by the owner. 'We were supposed to get check in access code 3 days in advance but not until noon the day before did we finally get information. That was after several contacts with Expedia, the host with little response. Finally VRBO Care was able to get the information for us. The condo living area was cozy but fine. The bedrooms were small and master bath tiny. There were a lot of items in bath left by owner or other tenants. There were no closets but a chest of drawers in bedroom. Access to town was great...

'The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us.'

What really stood out about this property was it's convenient location.
