'I'm going to start with the cons because folks should be warned:
This place is VERY run down/grimy. Dingy, banged up furniture. Broken outlet plates, key cards that sometimes work, sometimes don't. No central air, so be prepared for an effective but LOUD wall unit. The carpet and the seating area in the lounge were filthy. And here's the worst part - in spite of being on the 3rd floor... ANTS all over the place in the room! Swarming the trash, my dog's food bowl, etc. When I went to tell them...

'The apartment was sufficient, but it was dated.
After about 10 minutes of walking around barefoot, bottom of my feet were black. I called downstairs to have them come up and mop the floor and let them know that we’d be leaving soon so they can do it then. They did not, I let the front desk know and they said it would get cleaned later that day or the next day which is the day before we were leaving, but they never did. They do not offer coffee in the lobby in the mornings and the store doesn’t...
