'Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. However, we would like to have had some coffee on hand in the kitchen and perhaps some glass microwavable containers to use during our stay. 'The townhouse was perfect for my family of 4 as we were skiing at nearby Mt. Sunapee (about 8 mins away!). The pictures honestly represented the property. The kitchen is a bit dated but the townhouse was very clean and very comfortable. The property manager was extremely welcoming and so very helpful when we had questions. The property is located on lots of open land so we were able to snowshoe with the kids on the property as well. Would definitely come back to this townhouse.'

Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

'This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. It used to be three separate units, so therefore we had three full bathrooms for our 3-bedroom - which was probably a bit more than we needed but still...

'The house was perfect! It fully met our expectations from the listing and was a great place to stay! There is a hot tub, sauna, gym, a comfy living room, and a functional kitchen! It was great, we had so much fun staying there. We were there in the Spring and had a blast, and could only imagine how awesome it would be in the winter with the fireplaces. I would strongly recommend staying here if it meets your needs!'
