Outside you’ll have access to 2.5 acres of beautiful mountain landscape giving you a sense of total seclusion while still only being 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
Sit out on the large, covered deck and enjoy a BBQ lunch with alfresco dining or just sit back in one of the many rocking chairs and get lost in a good book.
Relax in the massive 10-person hot tub after a day spent hiking through the Smokies then meander down the path, light the fire-pit and spend your evenings with a drink or two toasting marshmallows surrounded by friends and family.
Also included with your stay is full use of the community pool which is just a short drive up the road that offers SPECTACULAR views out across the surrounding mountains.

The lake begins to lower around August and will begin to fill again by May. As a result, it may be challenging to launch a watercraft from the neighborhood boat launch when the water is low. It won't be challenging to launch kayaks or similar watercraft. Please inquire if you have any concerns regarding this.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house and the 2.5 acres of outdoor area including the 10-person hot tub and fire pit.
Boat dock is available for boat parking & to enjoy lounging during seasonal months :) Swimming is option as well. Fire pit is available.
Boat is NOT available. Kayaks, life vests and fishing poles are all for your use to enjoy:)
You will also have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to all the community pool and covered pavilion.
Other things to note
Our home is best suited for three couples with children. It can accommodate 10 people.
