'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 'Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. 'We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. The location was great - very close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, and easy to get to Smoky Mtn NP. The cabin was well-equipped for the 6 of us (kids, parents, grandparents, and dog!). The owner was very responsive to questions. Loved the little well-stocked store at the bottom of the hill! Keep your garbage in the correct bins as advised - we saw a bear one evening behind the cabins across from this location!'
