This home is located on Douglas Lake, a 44-square-mile reservoir that sits just 30 miles north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Downtown Sevierville is only 25 miles away offering restaurants, shops, and unique museums, while the countless attractions of Pigeon Forge (including Dollywood and the Island) is just 30 miles south.

IMPORTANT: Douglas Lake is experiencing unusually low water levels due to drought conditions during the 2026 season. Lake levels are significantly below normal and may impact lake access and water recreation activities.
