'Beautiful and spacious apartment with easy check-in/check-out and convenient parking. The location is also quite close to downtown, which is a plus.
Suggestion for Management:
For added security and peace of mind, it would be great if tenants could lock the door from the inside. Additionally, ensuring the gate remains locked would enhance overall safety.

'When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised. '

'One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The property is very nice. A small boutique hotel in a nice area with lots of shopping/eating within walking distance. The service was amazing. Seriously, in the last 6ish years of traveling I've never had such good service. Def will be staying here again in the future. '

'Zeer nette en ruime accomodatie. De studio was netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer was ruim, een nette keuken en grote badkamer met goede douche.
Het zwembad is op de 8e verdieping. Hier zijn handdoeken en boldoende bedjes en parasols beschikbaar.
De gym is ook goed, verschillende cardio en fitness toestellen beschikbaar. Daarbij ook een sauna.

The breakfast area is a little small and took some time to wait and get a place to sit. The breakfast offerings are great with plenty choices. Did walk and sit by the pool briefly but didn’t take a swim. All looked well maintained. '

"Cet hotel est très bien situé à Coconut Grove, une partie de Miami proche d´un petit port type marina et du centre-ville de Coconut Groove à 10min à pied et ses boutiques et restaurants. Dommage que nos voisins fumaient du CANABIS dans leur chambre dont les portes adjacentes laissaient passer cette affreuse odeur dans la notre!!! Nous avons constaté ce désagrément en rentrant du restaurant à 23h00 et à la réception on ne pouvait plus nous donner d´autre chambre nous ont ils dit! C´est dommage qu´un hotel de ce standing accepte des drogués dans leurs chambre et n´appelle pas la police meme le soir pour les faire évacuer!
Pour le reste les lits sont très confortables et la vue est belle sur la marina. "
