'I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

'Friendly and helpful hostess greeted me upon arrival. VRBO app was very useful for communication. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The TV had Netflix, but I mostly screen casted from my iPad while was there (16 days). Had my own entrance and parking spot in the driveway. I really can't think of any negative outside of a broken handle on the microwave, which was no big deal. Recommended!'

'Everything was good but nothing exceeded expectations. There is room.for improvement, we did hit a few small snags but we made it work and Gil seemed pretty nice. The set up of the farm house was fine although the pictures do make spaces look much bigger than they are in person. We had some issues with the code to get in but fortunately Gils brother was near by to help. The cleanliness is my biggeat reason for not giving 5 stars. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had been cleaned but...
