'The property is exactly how it’s showing on the pictures. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in an hr before the time. The staff are very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The property is in a very good location close to restaurants city centre shopping centre and everything you need when you are on a self catering holiday. My son even visited the Lounge which is 2 mins from the property so the area is good for a nightlife.'

'Aura suites was a great respite from the noise, congestion and heat of Dar es Salaam. Great shower, bed, wi-Fi, tv, space. There was a safe in the room— very convenient. Nice supermarket next door. Really enjoyed our stay. '

"We were with a group of 12. We booked 6 nights in total. We chose this hotel mainly for the swimming pool. We arrived and saw that the pool was empty and closed. We were not warned about this beforehand. We complained and we did not receive any compensation. The hotel offered to drive us to another swimming pool of another hotel 10 minutes away for 1 day. Just NOT OK!!! Booking 6 nights for this pool and not enjoying it at all. Also food was not good. Bathrooms were very old. Not happy at all. And received no compensation. We even asked for a late checkout and that was also not possible. "
