'Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing. Nice lady at front desk who checked us in said hotel is in the process of being renovated; hopefully there will be...

'The host is prompt and professional with communication. The property is very clean and the a/c works nicely in the main bedroom that we use. It’s a great location for a quick stroll to dinner after a day in the car in transit. Will stay again!'
