'The host was friendly, efficient and gave good advice about the attractions in the area around Stanthorpe. I would highly recommend a stay at Loggers Rest.'

'The fireplace was my draw card. Rooms are as expected clean and with the necessary items. The property is tired and due for a refurb but it suits the budget traveller. The location is a short drive away from the main town. Enjoyed the restaurant, menu with good selection. As a solo traveller I felt safe which is very important.'

'The bed was very comfortable. The shower had pubes and hair in it Floor had dirt and plastic Disappointing. Despite the fact that it was the cheapest option, and just a donger, I was very disappointed and grossed out by how poor the shower had been cleaned. I have photos. The photos are close up, one looks like a thread, I assure you it most certaily is not'

'Booked as my friends were staying for the ANZAC Day dawn service. On arrival the manager gave the room key and offered to drive me to the RSL for dinner if I wanted. Very handy to town, only a short walk'
