'Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.'

'A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! '

'Het hotel is erg mooi ligt in een rustige omgeving. We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamers zijn voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is meer dan uitstekend. Het restaurant is ook erg goed. Al met al kunnen wij dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.'

'We very much enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the Avoca. We had the most fantastic view from our room overlooking the sea and Mourne mountains. The room was really nicely decorated, cosy and had a large comfy bed. Everything was very clean and well presented. All the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent - great choice and plentiful. Overall a real gem of a stay and we will definitely be back!'

'Clean, warm and welcoming - the rooms and common spaces immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. Incredible views across Cloughey Bay and the Irish Sea, with direct access to the sandy beach and dramatic coastline. Amazing spa facilities with a sauna and hot tub too.'

'We had a lovely stay at Drum Manor. Valerie was a great host, making sure we were comfortable in our room and then the next morning, providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are in great condition and nicely decorated, including a freestanding rolltop bath! There are 360 degree views as Drum Manor is on a hilltop. Valerie gave us a great dinner recommendation in Hillsborough (The Plough) so would also recommend that. 10/10 would definitely stay again.'

'We loved our stay at the Old Inn - rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spa facilities etc were all beautiful and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was really good - lovely food, great service and attentive staff. Young waiter and waitress (I think called Leo and Sofie) both really friendly and helpful.
