'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'Het was mijn eerste keer naar het VK. De kamer was zoals verwacht voor de prijs. Bed was redelijk comfortabel, al heb ik wel het matras moeten omdraaien. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. De douche was minder comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van vliegtuigen, maar dat kun je verwachten als je zo dicht bij het vliegveld slaapt.'

Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.'

'Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur en plus pour la nuit mais ça n’a pas suffit. Une nuit horrible, on suffoquait presque dans la chambre.
