'The staff were helpful putting a rollaway in our room when we arrived, but moved our room “away from a wedding party” to the city view (I had picked the water view) and put us across from the elevator. It was cheeky and not appreciated by us (big travelers). '

'the only slightly disturbing thing regarding this inn was that my room, although clean , comfortable and very nice was on the third floor. This is a very old historic building and does not have an elevator. If an elevator was there or to be added it would destroy the ambiance of this beautiful building. However I am in my 70's and climbing steep stairs was not something my knees enjoyed. I was able to fix this by taking anything I expected to need during the day downstairs in the morning. I love...

'We traveled to NH to see the ice castles and have a mini winter cabin experience and this fit the bill perfectly. All the comforts of home but also that rustic feel. No Verizon cell signal is nice for a change - but WiFi keeps you from being stranded too. Thanks for a great place to stay! '
