'This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean....

'The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back'
