'Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. '

'This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!'

'We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.'

'Stayed the weekend with some friends while attending local annual event. This was our second time staying here as it is perfect for our needs. It is hard to find pet friendly accommodations sometimes. Love the beautiful lake view and the large deck and fire pit. Only wish we could have stayed longer! '
