'This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. '

'The house is very well equipped and comfortable. There is no living room, so if you are wanting to watch a family movie or play video games or something--- not a great house for that. If you want a comfortable home that is in a great location at an affordable rate, this is the house for you. There are nice tvs in the living room and kitchen. '

The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.'
