We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.'

We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands.
