'Pros: PERFECT location steps from the beach; three bedrooms; quirky vintage experience. Cons: as seen in photos and other reviews, this is a well loved well used very old beach cottage. While cosmetic stuff didn’t matter to us (e.g. backyard is dingy w broken toys and grills), some functional problems were annoying (kitchen sink doesn’t drain and we tried cleaning the trap and it didn’t help; one shower, once turned on, wouldn’t turn off). 'What a fantastic spot at Wells! This whole process was smooth as butter! The house was so cute and filled with anything you could need! We enjoyed dinner out and a dinner in! We would use this spot again! '

'The pictures are accurate. Darling little cottage. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent each morning drinking coffee in the screened in porch. Loovely! The bedroom was very small and a dresser that I used for some things, but am thankful for the luggage racks in the living room so we didn't have to keep them on the floor. Laundry room was good and spacious. I would stay here again. Wells is a nice town.'

'Our overall stay was great, very clean , the only negative thing i could say was a little confusion on parking, we came through the restaurant parking lot as directed, parked ne t to the walkeay and steps to help my mom (94) get in the house, the restaurant owner asked me to move my car to another spot which was no big deal once i realized i had to go back out on the street to the neighbors driveway to get to where i was supposed to park, there is an area between the houses which looks like you...

'We had a wonderful week at Cottage 9. It was very quiet and occupants in the other cottages both owners and renters were friendly. The pool was wonderful especially for our 10 year old grandchild after a day of surf camp. The food options very close by were great.'

The living area was very comfortable with many board games and books. The upstairs sitting area was a bonus with another tv .
