'Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful visit everyone was so nice they had 3 parking options the room was beautiful and so clean ! Super comfortable bed also! Breakfast was also super nice got to try new things! So close to everything downtown we walked everywhere '

'Everything was great except that they allow dogs. It was around 7 a.m. when I started hearing a small dog barking constantly. After about 2 hours I called the front desk to see if they could locate the dog. I never did hear the dog stop barking. Luckily I went out for the day after another hour of listening to the constant yelping.'

'There were 2 terrible and nasty and rude young women with long blonde hair on arrival Wednesday the 29 of April and AGAIN when we left on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:38. Why don’t they have to wear name tags??? We were in room 342 (the SAME ROOM we stayed in May of 2025!) and could NOT GET HOT WATER!! When we complained at the desk, they sent someone up (AGAIN WITH NO NAME TAG or identification indicating he WORKED THERE!!) and told us in order to get hot water for a shower you have to run the...

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Great kitchen space and lots of room to relax. I found the blinking light over the bed quite annoying and had to cover it to be able to sleep. It flashed and lit the entire bedroom. I also found out mid shower that the shampoo was empty and butterflies were dead in the TV remotes. Small insignificant details make huge differences.'

'The room key to one of our rooms at check in brought us to a room that was already occupied, the staff was excellent and swiftly got us into a new room and even upgraded it complimentary. The other room had a phone ringing 1-3 rings every 20min all night, hard night of sleep. The staff was excellent in finding a solution and letting us know the hotel phone lines were routing to that room rather than the front desk, and did everything possible to improve the remainder of our stay. '

'The Night employee Tom was awesome. He gave us an idea where to go have breakfast. He was a big help. Most of the hotel was closed for renovations. The price was okay for not having normal amenities. The bed was comfortable. Other than lots of construction on property, it was okay.'

'I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I keep coming back for that one reason otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. Staff should get an attitude adjustment. . Staff should get a attitude adjustment. '
