'Overall, the house is very nice and provides for all the basic needs. Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen. Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the kitchen, In general, the kitchen was not adequately equipped.'

'This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. 'This house is walking distance from Lower Beech Pond which is incredible swimming in silky water. The house was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is also a hiking trail nearby, Moody Mt. trail, with a rustic cabin at the top. This is very close to Wolfeboro for shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions too. We're glad we stayed here!!'

'Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe.
