Ninteen on Nudl - Leven in tropische stijl

Negentien op Nudl is een traditioneel verhoogd huis gelegen in de buitenwijk van Stuart Park. Dit volledig voorzien van airconditioning huis beschikt over 3 slaapkamers boven, allemaal ingericht in een moderne stijl als gevolg van de Northern Territory. Elke kamer heeft een kingsize bed dat ook kan worden gemaakt als 2 eenpersoonsbedden, waardoor het flexibele accommodatie is voor koppels, vrienden of familiegroepen. Beddengoed en handdoeken van hotelkwaliteit zijn ook aanwezig.

Er is een groot balkon boven met uitzicht op een prachtige frangipaniboom en tuinen, perfect voor die ochtend koffie, ontbijt of puur ontspannend. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser en alle moderne gemakken die nodig zijn om een aantal geweldige lokale producten te bereiden.

De moderne badkamer heeft ook een regendouche.

In de weelderige tuinen ligt een groot zwembad met grondwater, compleet met zwembadbedden en parasol. Er is ook een extra terras onder het huis met een ander gedeelte om achterover te leunen, een boek te lezen en naar muziek te luisteren of gewoon te relaxen. Het gebied heeft ook een Webber BBQ voor avonddiners in de tropen.

Bont familieleden zijn op aanvraag welkom en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor een paar auto's en zelfs een boot.

Dichtbij:

De groene buitenwijk Stuart Park is gunstig gelegen en op slechts een korte wandeling van Parap Village Markets, lokale winkels en The Avenue met talloze restaurants, cafés en een bakkerij.

Nog steeds op loopafstand is Darwin City Centre, Mindil Beach Markets, SKYCITY Casino, Museum & Art Gallery of the NT, Cornucopia Café, populair voor ontbijt en lunch en Darwin Ski Club voor zonsondergang, diner en drankjes.

The Precinct at the Waterfront, Wave Pool, Deck Chair Cinema en Stokes Hill Wharf liggen ook allemaal in de buurt.

De luchthaven en het winkelcentrum Casuarina liggen op slechts 10 minuten rijden.

Lovely well maintained house

Lovely house, spacious, attractive and clean with 3 good sized bedrooms and large communal spaces. Pool was great. Nerida was clear and prompt in her communications. Nice goodies in fridge when we arrived. Position is handy to city, Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach (about 25 min walk or 5 min Uber), in a mixed residential zone with some warehouses in nearby streets (not Nudl). House is tucked behind well established tropical garden, with lush green views from large front balcony/decking. A great base from which to explore Darwin and very nice to come home to. A second bathroom would have been nice, but overall the four of us had an excellent stay.

Great Stay

Great location, a quick cab ride to Darwin town centre, house had everything we needed, lovely cheese n biscuits surprise when we arrived. Nerida very helpful, always answered questions we had , nothing was a problem, even asked what bed configuration , right down to milk we drank! Recommend staying here, it was wonderful, only one problem... it wasn't long enough 👍 we will be back 😊

Family catch-up

Nerida’s house was a perfect place for a family catch-up. Plenty of room inside and out and with a fabulous pool. Communication with Nerida was smooth and easy and the house was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. If you want a house with space for a group you would be hard pressed to find a better place than this.

Pure Comfort Oasis

This is an excellent property that is well appointed for you stay In Darwin. Central location and easy to find your way in and out of the city or across to the beach. The property is true to its images and has amazing beds and fantastic secluded oasis with pool and living space. The host Nerida is an excellent communicator and is clearly all about the details to make your stay a fantastic one. The goodies left in the fridge are so kind and thoughtful. Do your self a favour and skip the hotels and check in to this beautiful place.

Great outdoor and indoor area. Pool awesome.

Great location and awesome house. Not that we spent much time there, so much to do and see. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms huge. Lovely to arrive to have your essentials packed away in the fridge and a surprise of some Easter Eggs too. The pool was so nice surrounded by the beautiful garden.

Very enjoyable stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has everything you could need to make yourself at home. Great outdoor entertaining areas and pool. Quite private and quiet with lots of trees on the grounds. Overall it’s a very comfortable place to stay in Darwin. Nerida was very hospitable and had the house fully equipped. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, fantastic location in Darwin. Very clean and super comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped everything you need. Pool is amazing could not get my kids out. Welcomed with a fridge full of goodies including milk, orange juice, cereal, yoghurt and fresh coffee. Communication from owner Nerida was outstanding. Anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Darwin this is the place just beautiful. Thank you Nerida for having us we had one of the best family holidays

A perfect place for a tropical break

Lovely, comfortable house - spotlessly clean and perfect for a family break (kids loved the pool!). The tropical garden setting makes you feel away from city life - but only a short taxi ride to the city centre, Mindil markets and Museum.
