Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. 'Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry.'

'My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, situated right next to the train and long-distance bus stations. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much!'

'My rooms was decent and staff are as helpful as they can be (little to no English. Colleagues staying there were not happy with their rooms - bad smells apparently.'

Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby).'

'The staff are so attentive. Clean, beautiful building. Not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else.'
