Bella Isla is a wonderful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Gulf beachside cottage! Each bedroom enjoys its own private full bath with separate garden tub and shower. This two-story home has a large open floor plan with a spacious living area with a Queen sofa sleeper, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry area with full washer/dryer. A convenient half bath is located off the common use living area. The first floor master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, one set of twin bunks, smart TV, a private full bath and has French doors opening onto the south beachside deck. The first floor master bath is equipped with a double vanity, garden tub and separate shower. The master bedroom on the second floor of Bella Isla is a lovely retreat equipped with a King bed, smart TV and a full-sized futon. The second-floor master bath is luxuriously large and equipped with a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. Bed and bath linens are provided.
Bella Isla has a large open deck with views of the Gulf. A latching gate is located on the deck at the top of each stairway for use with young children or pets. Bella Isla is pet friendly ($65 per pet fee/limit 2 dogs). If you are bringing your boat, one row of covered parking is available in addition to the uncovered driveway area. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and 3 smart TV's. Bring your bicycles or jogging shoes and take advantage of the adjacent Island pedestrian trail that runs the entire length of the Island. Enjoy access to miles of sandy white beaches and be in the surf in just minutes!
