'Excellent location to beach and bay- with nice view of the bay from the deck. Nice big living room.Improvement areas- cold water from master bedroom did not work, water hose downstairs unusable, motion light on stairs only on for 3 seconds, single beds not comfortable (others good), full length mirror or some outside the bathrooms would be nice.'

'Nice place would stay again.'

'This rental was absolutely perfect. The back porch is great great for early morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. The rental was clean inside and out, and check in and out was flawless. I will be staying here again and I highly recommend this property.'

'Great property for the price!'

'The Cottage has a nice layout with two kings, bunk room, and two baths making it a great choice for families. It is conveniently located close to the pool. The kids had a great time in the pool with zero entry and lots of space for play. The Rookery has a nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere making it ideal for families. There is a full kitchen, but also several restaurants nearby. Check in was super easy and the hosts are excellent with communication. We had a great time during our stay.'

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check-in to check-out, this place was amazing! It accommodated us all with tons of space!
