Gulf and Bay Views Just Steps from the Beach Boardwalk

Shorely Unruffled (formally known as The Sandlot) is waiting for you where the vibes are easy, the breezes are warm and nothing ruffles your feathers unless you see a Pelican fighting a crab.

Located in the center of the island, directly across the street from the newly constructed boardwalk that takes you over the protected dunes directly to the beach. You are literally minutes away from sticking your feet in the sand and walking the beach in either direction to search for the perfect seashell or cast a line to land a nice fish. Beach chairs, a wagon and more are provided in the downstairs storage at the house. There you will also find kayaks to enjoy on the bayside, a new gas grill or charcoal grill to use at your discretion. The central location also means you are less than a mile to shops and restaurants on the island.

Venture upstairs where you will be amazed at the gulf view that can be enjoyed from any spot on the covered deck that runs the full width of the house. Bar height adirondack chairs make sure that the fence will not obstruct your views of the oil rigs out in the distance along with the shrimp boats that pass by while searching for their catch. On the bayside of the house you will find a sun deck that offers bar height adirondack chairs and a table along with great views of the bay, the bridge and sunrises that light up the morning sky.

Once inside the living area offers a full sized leather couch and loveseat along with two leather swivel rocking recliners to relax on after your long day of exploring the island. A 60" flat screen streaming TV allows you to log into your favorite account to stream television shows or movies. Inside the cabinet under the television you'll find multiple games to enjoy in case you just want to stay in and enjoy the house. The kitchen offers marble countertops, all the appliances and cookware needed to make any meal you can dream up. The house offers a keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker can be found in the pantry. Seating for 4 on the island is complemented with additional seating for 8 at the dining room table just off the kitchen. The walk in pantry offers additional kitchen appliances for use (blenders, mixers etc) along with a full sized washer and dryer.

The house offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms allowing ample space for your group to spread out. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, dresser and large walk in closet. The ensuite master bath has dual marble vanities along with a walk in shower, soaking tub and private water closet. A sliding patio door off the master takes you right out to the main deck offering sweeping views of the Gulf.

A second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, dresser and closet along with gulf views. A third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds along with a dresser and closet. A fourth bedroom offers a queen sized bed, dresser and closet with bay views. All bedrooms offer flat screen TV's with streaming capabilities. There is a second full bath in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms and a third full bath connected to the third bedroom with access from the bedroom or just off the kitchen if you wanted to keep that access available. The home comfortably sleeps 10 with the inclusion of two rollaway beds that bring you availability to sleep up to 12.
