Welcome to Lazy Daze Beach House, a beautifully refreshed coastal retreat designed for relaxed Dauphin Island living. With updated interiors that highlight its beachy charm, this inviting two story home offers the perfect setting for family vacations, quick coastal escapes, or peaceful off season getaways. Located just steps from the Gulf side beach, guests can easily walk down Strand Court and be on the sand in moments.

Inside, the open concept living space creates a welcoming place to gather after a day at the beach. Natural light fills the living room where comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and large TV, making it an ideal spot for movie nights, conversation, or cozy evenings during cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals together, while the nearby dining area makes family dinners easy and memorable.

The home’s layout makes it especially appealing for families. The upstairs master suite provides a private retreat away from the main living areas, complete with its own covered balcony and sweeping Gulf views. It’s the perfect place to slip away with a morning coffee or enjoy quiet sunset moments above the shoreline.

One of Lazy Daze’s best features is its easy access to the Gulf beach. A short walk down Strand Court places guests directly onto Dauphin Island’s beautiful shoreline, making spontaneous beach walks, sunset viewing, and morning swims effortless.

Lazy Daze Beach House is just as inviting in the cooler months as it is during summer. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for fall and winter stays, making it an excellent option for snowbirds, quiet beach retreats, or long weekend escapes when the island is at its most peaceful.

Lazy Daze places guests within easy reach of Dauphin Island’s favorite attractions. Spend the day exploring Fort Gaines, discover marine life at the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, or enjoy birdwatching in the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. Local seafood restaurants, bike friendly roads, and peaceful beaches make it easy to settle into the relaxed rhythm of island life.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
