• Note: Pool heating is not included in the daily rates, and restrictions apply. This property has electric pool heating, which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days. Pool heating is recommended from October to May.

The barbecue is located outside on the patio.

Keyless Entry: Hassle-free check-in for a stress-free stay. Electronic keypad door lock. Code provided prior to arrival.

Parking and Access
Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guests enter through a secure gated community. A valid driver's license is required upon arrival.

No street parking from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., only in the driveway.



Other Information:


- Starter kits are included. Guests are required to provide additional supplies.

- No events, parties, or pets are allowed.

- Self check-in with a smart lock and check-in at 4 p.m., with check-out at 10 a.m.
Flexible schedules may be available upon request for an additional fee.

- Trash collection is Tuesday morning. Trash cans must be placed curbside the night before. Please ensure all trash is bagged. Please also put trash away after it is collected.


* Providence charges $10.00 per day for short-term rentals (per person), or $40.00 per week for use of the community recreation facilities
(community pool and gym). This fee must be paid at the Clubhouse reception desk upon use of the facilities.
There will be no fee for use of the playground and tennis court, and all children under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying these fees.
