'The stupid thing about this reservation is this: I booked accommodation with VIP amenities, but ultimately didn't get what I paid for. When I asked Expedia questions, they referred me to the operator, and when you ask the operator questions, you're referred to Expedia. Meanwhile, I didn't notice anything or get upgraded to another room, and we're already leaving. So, compensation for the VIP would be appropriate!'

'The property is fine not luxury, the linens provided are not up to a luxury category!! There are not enough bed linens, table lamps with burned bulbs, the utensils provided are the cheapest not enough toilet paper, only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, 3 dishwashers soap, 3 little hand soaps...all that for a 9 people occupancy home for a week?? Back yard is open, only one back fence with sides open so not good for pets.Host and management co are very nice and helpful but that is not enough.'

'We came for a birthday trip. There was 8 of us total. It was so spacious and we all loved having room! The kids enjoyed the screened in pool and watched movies every night while floating! Such a neat amenity. We went to Oasis for a while and it was a nice facility as well that kept the kids entertained. The house was clean and communication was great through the whole process. '
