Een grote villa met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers in de prachtige gemeenschap van Watersong in Davenport. Dit huis heeft een eigen zwembad en spa met uitzicht op natuurgebied en ligt op een uitstekende locatie, op slechts een paar korte stappen van het gemeenschappelijke clubhuis met een prachtig zwembad en een fitnessruimte, zandvolleybal en een speeltuin.

Dit huis biedt veel ruimte, comfort en een rustige plek om te ontspannen na een drukke, leuke dag. Bij binnenkomst van het huis ziet u een formele woon- en eetkamer voor die gedeelde avondmaaltijden na een dagje uit. De keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer zijn open om voldoende ruimte te bieden voor grotere groepen. De keuken is goed uitgerust met koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser en magnetron, een eetruimte om 's ochtends van het ontbijt te genieten en een grote zithoek om een film op de grote tv te kijken. Het huis heeft ook een eigen wasmachine en droger voor uw gemak.

Buiten biedt een Lanai met tafel, stoelen en ligstoelen bij het zwembad en de spa met uitzicht op natuurgebied zodat u en uw gezin veel privacy en rust hebben tijdens het zwemmen. Handdoeken voor het zwembad zijn ook aanwezig.

Terug in de villa biedt 4 slaapkamers, een koning master suite, twee slaapkamers met queensize bed en een tweepersoonskamer voor maximaal 8 personen. De master suite biedt een ensuite badkamer met apart bad en inloopdouche. Er zijn nog eens twee badkamers gedeeld tussen de resterende drie slaapkamers.

De garage is omgebouwd tot een speelkamer met een pooltafel en airhockeytafel voor uw vrije tijd. Bovendien is het huis uitgerust met een kinderstoel, kinderwagen en pack and play voor het geval dat nodig is.

Watersong ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten van de I-4, dus gemakkelijk reizen naar de verschillende themaparken, stranden en winkelcentra die worden aangeboden in Central Orlando en aan de kust van Florida. Als u liever tijd thuis doorbrengt, dan is het clubhuis van het resort op zeer korte loopafstand en biedt het een prachtig zwembad met veel ligstoelen om te ontspannen. Een selectie van winkels en restaurants zijn ook gemakkelijk te bereiken, zodat u ver genoeg weg bent van de drukte om te genieten van de rust en te kunnen ontspannen, maar ook binnen handbereik van alle gemakken die u nodig heeft of wilt op een dagelijks.

Big potential, disappointing home

On checking in to the villa we noted numerous problems. The air conditioning did not work until a repairman was sent days later; the spa/pool did not heat, leaving us with cold pool for days. I am still waiting for a refund of the 25 per day pool heat surcharge. Towels and pillows were very worn out and it seemed overall that there had been little expenditure in basic upkeep. Garbage disposal also did not work until repaired by David. Many light bulbs were not working, some were replaced by David. Even the universal remote had problems (mute button did not work). The house itself was large and in a beautiful neighborhood. In my eight years of renting homes on VRBO this home was the most disappointing because due to lack of upkeep, it did not live up to its potential. This is the first VRBO review I have felt strongly enough to complete.

Very spacious, large home

The house is very spacious. David, the property manager was awesome. He always answered promptly and addressed our questions or concerns. Master suite is huge with ensuite bathroom with large shower. Second queen suite was perfect for my 93 year old mom. We really didn't use the other 2 bedrooms. The suites beds were comfortable. Only downside was the carpet in all the bedrooms are in desperate need of being replaced.

Huge house, lovely stay!

This house was far bigger than the photos gave credit. Our 4 kids all had plenty of space, and the master bedroom was nicely secluded and spacious, with an ensuite. The pool was awesome - definitively pay the extra to have it heated. (It was like a hot tub for us Canadians!) Note; if staying more than a day or two, bring your own bar soap, shampoo, etc. There were 2 laundry pods provided and 2 dish pods. Beds were comfy, but not enough pillow cases. House was clean and nicely appointed. We would absolutely stay here again, it was perfect for our family. The gated community was safe and clean, and the community pool and hot tub were lovely. Highly recommend.

Awesome!

We just spent 8 nights in this property! It was AMAZING!! Everything was as listed. It’s a little further from parks than we’ve normally stayed, but getting to and from was not difficult at all. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within a few minute drive. And, the pool and hot tub were a highlight after a long day at the parks, even for six adults. The owner was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend and if I make it down again I’d definitely book this house!!!

Needs better cleaning , wasps and ants

We had such a busy vacation we were barely in the home, so these things weren’t high priority for us. Several bulbs out in each room, walls were dirty. In one of the kids rooms there is pink juice or something along the wall. There were socks under our bed from a prior guest. Carpet was worn and dirty, Furniture had lots of stains and the headboard in the master bedroom wasn’t connected to the bed. I had to lay low so my hair wouldnt get caught in it. Also, it would make a popping noise anytime I turned. There are giant wasps nests in the entry to the living room and lots of ants. The gate to the pool is broken so we couldn’t even safely secure it to ensure little ones couldn’t get in. There was an issue where about check out time but it got resolved. Ice and water from fridge tastes awful so bring your own. Last thing, due to this areas traffic nothing is really close, universal is at least an hour away and Disney is about 35. You only get one trash bag and no laundry detergent, barely any toilet paper so make sure you stock up.

Wonderful Neighborhood

The neighborhood was amazing, quiet and safe. House was clean and pool was amazing. The only issue we had was with multiple lightbulbs being out in most of the rooms. Otherwise great stay!

Great house for the price.

Overall the stay was great. A few things need updating like the game room and some kitchen utensils. The house was clean and with a lot of room. It was 30 minutes away from the parks, and great location to be away from all the busy and long lines. Big pool with pool toys to have fun with and room to relax outside. I would recommend the house to stay in.

Perfect getaway!

The location was great as we wanted to avoid the commercial area this trip. But, everything was still just a few minutes away for when we wanted to get something to eat or to shop. We didn't plan to take in the amusement parks this trip but they would have been easy to get to as well. Communication with the host was great! The pool and spa were perfect for a stay centered around rest and relaxation! We hope to come again!

Great home away from home.

So glad we found this property. The property manager David was easy to talk to and fast to responding. Beautiful home and the heated pool was a plus. My kids enjoyed it very much. The home have so much space for a family of 6. The check in process was very easy and the gate attendants were so nice and always happy. The home was beautiful and sits in the quiet area and the great thing about it, it's across the gym and the community pool and playground. I will definitely book it again next year. David was very good about getting back to us with answers! There was a mis communication with the pool heated wasn’t able to use it during our stay but everything else was good! Quiet neighborhood and easy getting around , would stay again!!

Awesome Stay

This place was really awesome, the neighborhood was quiet overall, the rec building right across the street was really great, and the lady who worked there was incredible, the guards at the gate to the community were really friendly, really great hot showers. It’s really hard to think of any negatives to this place. Also the manager was super fast to respond to any concerns while on property and able to assist immediately. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice quiet safe spot to stay in the Orlando area. Thanks again to the property managers for letting us stay, and hope anyone who reads this will enjoy the place as much as we did!

Great Experience!

We really enjoyed our experience at the home. It was in a great location and very private. The home matched the pictures and the description perfectly.
