Super séjour !!!
Tout a été parfait lors de ce séjour. La maison est super propre, et tel que décrit sur le site. M. Arcadio a été toujours d'une disponibilité exemplaire. Il a réglé en quelques minutes, tous les petits soucis qui se sont posé lors de notre séjour. Seul petit tracas...les sites de Walt Disney sont tous à une distance raisonnable de la maison...mais le temps pour y rendre, à cause du traffic, est plutôt long. Un gros merci, M. Arcadio.

May be good for short stay
This property is good for short stay but we booked it for three months, we were given total of 8 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 face cloths for 4 adults. We requested more and were told that is what they supplied. Needs a few more supples for long term stays.The pictures of the back patio must be from many years ago. The picture showed table with umbrella and matching chairs and two nice loungers. There were no loungers old table old chairs plastic mismatched and cracked.since we planned to spend lots of time by the pool we contacted owner and he did send us plastic loungers which were hard and uncomfortable not like ones in picture. An earlier review had said the bbq was dirty and it was still dirty it was not fit to use. We bought our own chairs to use on patio and more towels. I am sure if you were only staying only a couple of days it would be fine. House is nice and area is nice.

Excellent Value
The house fit us well and we felt safe being in a gate community. The neighbors were friendly and the gate check in was easy. The appliances need updating and the kitchen wasn’t well stocked but had bare essentials. We had to buy a thing or two. We thought there should’ve been a few more towels to go around but made do with what we had. The pool was nice and we are glad we paid extra to have it heated. Not sure if I missed it not being heated in the listing or not but it all worked out. Only one bed in the house was comfortable but that’s typically how it goes on house rentals. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely see if this house is available to rent again.

Love this place in Davenport
Other than a slight glitch in checkin, that was not the owners fault, our stay was fantastic. We used this as a base camp while we access different college baseball events in the area. Great location for us. Quiet neighborhood. We've stayed at three locations in Davenport. This is our fav. We'll be back. And will look forward to it.

Football Tournament

Great time in Davenport
The House ist located in a gated Community. Nice neighborhoud. Downtown Orlando with Universal Studios was easy to reach. Also the beaches at the golf of Mexico like Clearwater Beach or Cocoa Beach at the Atlantic Ocean. We travelled as a family with 4 Adults and 4 children. We enjoied the pool and the playroom in the garage. The House was clean and the aircondition worked very well. The communication to Arcadio was very good.

Great location.
Keep in mind this is Florida and sand ants were apparently in season. It was annoying but owner called and was able to get first available Pest control svs appt. You need to bring your own supplies for washing dishes and/or dishwasher tabs, laundry, and toiletries. Salt/Pepper provided but no other seasonings or staple items. We knew most of that up front so it wasn't an issue for us. They use a housekeeping svs -several things were missed which owner planned to address so that doesn't happen again. Location was perfect and quiet. Pool was great.

Great Stay
They layout is perfect for families with plenty of room and is in a nice gated neighborhood. Checking in and out was simple and a breeze. Clean house and the pool is amazing and very spacious along with the deck area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Arcadio!

As advertised
Nice house in good condition. Had an issue with towels but the PM took care of it the next day. In most VRBOs weve stayed at over the years there is usually dish and laundry soap at the property along with plenty of the basic kitchen seasoning items. In this case we had to buy everything. Literally nothing but salt and pepper. Just prepare for that situation if you book at this house. Only reason we didint give it a 5 star.

convenient location
This property is a little older but easy access to all we wanted to do (golf) We paid to have the pool heated and unlike other places that we paid for heat, this was perfect... even in January!

Rating it a four star for minor oversights but overall a good experience. Ac had an issue for part of a day, charcoal grill was not cleaned and would have been nice to see the bag that was on the note from the host. This would not stop us from booking through VRBO again as it fit the need we were looking for.

Loved it
My family and I had an incredible time at this property. Roomy enough for 6 of us. A great neighborhood. The people close to us were friendly. We even enjoyed a few evenings of walking. No problem with the owner. They were kind enough to remind us of recycle and trash pick up. I'd definitely recommend this home. I just wish we stayed longer than 6 nights.

Don’t stay here unless you love ants
Ants everywhere! Only 1 towel per adult for entire stay! No cooking towel so if you cook you need to use your bath towel to hold hot pans. No seasoning at all, no salt no pepper. Beds uncomfortable, hard and noisy, pillows like rocks.!bedroom carpets were filthy, black tar marks, along with dirty scuff marks on all doors. This informed us the cleanliness during Covid was not a priority for them. The house needs updating, bathrooms were out of the 80s and the maintenance was obviously not being kept up. Would I stay here again? Nope!

Would recommend this property!
The sheets are the biggest thing I can say are awesome about this home. They are high quality sheets, with a high thread count! The pillows were also great, as was the beds. The home is as described in the pictures; there is a TV in every bedroom of the house. The location is great, a few miles from Posner Park and Haines City. The garage did not have the basketball hoop game as pictured, but there were other games in garage. If you are going in the winter, I’d highly recommend getting pool heat, as the solar cover has limited sun throughout the day with how the house is set.

End of the Summer Fun!
The home was lovely, spacious, and so clean. We loved not being on top of each but spending quality family time as well. The pool was awesome! Rather it was 9am, 3pm or even 2am. I would recommend this property and could possibly be booking more dates. The location was in the middle of everything, 10 minutes either direction, there was shopping, grocery store, convenience store, and so much more.

Best place I ever stayed... over 5 stars!!!
We had a family trip to Florida and we spend seven days in this beautiful house; it makes you feel like you're home... My children loves the pool they say that he was warmer than ours in Tennessee we enjoyed it too. The property is close to Legoland, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc... also Walmart is about seven minutes far from there, plenty restaurants to lunch or dinner... The property is also in a private subdivision you need to pass the guard check to be able to get in so it makes you feel safe, it's a quiet neighborhood and we love that... The communication with Mr. Arcadio was excellent he was always promptly to answer my text message or calls; long story, short story it was a pleasant place to stay and like I said we love it I will rated this place is a 10 star if VRBO let me do it!!!! Thanks and we will come back here next year!!!

Nice gated community home with a few issues
We liked the fact that this was in a gated community. Security was good and check in was easy. The house itself was nice and well decorated. There are some things that should be updated in a nicer house like a decent gas grill and a nicer patio set. We wanted a house with a pool to relax for the week. We were very disappointed when the lounge chairs in the photos online were not there. There was also a bug problem in the kitchen. We had to go and buy RAID. This was very disappointing. We had one issue with the air conditioning which Arcadio responded to and fixed quickly. With a few upgrades and getting rid of the bug problem this would be a better place to stay.

Hi Kim, thank you for choosing to be our guest and we are sorry for the few disappointing thing, the lounge chairs had to be replaced because the were broken and became unsafe, as for the Grill we were told by the city that gas grills are not allowed in enclosed pool decks for vacation rentals. The tiny ants in the kitchen are very communed in Florida and hard to get rid of by only using traps, we are not allowed to spray poison for it the. Guess can but we can’t. We have pest control that goes by every month. Best regards Arcadio

Please read if you have small children!
I wish I could add photos to this review. On our 3rd morning as I was putting on my 1 year Olds shoes on the couch to leave for Disney, I caught a glimpse of a prescription pill at the base of the couch. I am beyond blessed that none of my 3 young kids found it in that time. It was a prescription muscle relaxer. Another issue I had was with the washer/dryer. One of them ruined all of our clothes including our family disney shirts I had made for this trip. It left an oily substance all over the clothes. The couches were stained with white spots on it (don't even want to know). The air hockey table did not work. My son said the cable was cut. Also, the house is stocked with 1 ply toilet paper. It's God awful so if I would highly suggest bringing your own of everything. It's bad enough to pay so much to stay at a house and pay so much money but honestly, I will probably never to another house rental after this. MY KIDS LIVES ARE WORTH MORE THAN THROWING YOUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR AND OFFERING ZERO SOLUTION. IT WAS A HUGE LIABILITY.

weekend getaway
The pool was great for my son. He enjoyed it every day we were there. The game room was in the garage with no AC . The air hockey game did not work. The paddle to ping pong was broken I texted owner and he had another set of paddles sent over thanks. If this get away was for my husband and myself we would have been fine with just the pool. I rented this home for amenities for things to do without having to go out during this covid pandemic. The owner does respond quickly though.
