The beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen comprises of a centre island and sink, waste disposal, ample cupboards and pantry as well as butlers pantry. It is stocked with everything you need to cook for your family and friends.

Bedroom 6:
A fun yet stylish themed bedroom, this one is for the Minion fans. with two twin beds and flat screen TV this room is a huge hit with the kids and adults! Shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity and shower.

It is an ideal location where you can have it all. Publix supermarket is just a few minutes away by car.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day. A free gas bbq is supplied for guest use but guests are required to supply gas and clean after use.
