'Property needs to be remodeled. Everything except the lobby is outdated and old. There was stains on the hallways and room walls. Holes that were obviously patched up and painted over. The rooms smelled old im assuming due to the old carpet. Our room had stains on the walls and doors. The floor baseboards were dirty and rusted. Room was humid and smelled bad. Even the iron was filthy.'

'The lady that cleaned my room on august 2 nd did not bring the hat i left in my room to the reception… 2 hrs after i left i realized i left my hat in the room which was occupied allready… We were in room 131 the person that cleaned the room must have kept it for herself, what a terrible mistake …it is a valuable loss it was an birthday gift from my wife… please investigate who cleaned our room and ask her te return my hat…'

'I did not like my stay and will never go back. The room was crazy, there was a big hole in the arm rest of the couch. The bed did not have a quilt on it and the hotel does not have enough towels. 'We recently stayed for 5 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flowed all over the floor in the bathroom. I requested them to bring another, the next day they came with another curtain that had a dirty bandaid attached to it. We had a room of 4 and only had 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told we needed to go downstairs and get them. Housekeeping only came up one day and refreshed our room. 'The staff and service were phenomenal. My accommodations were top tier. Valet staff—dope! Dinner at I’ll Cervo was good for me but the two person booth was too tight for my husband. Our actual dinner…6/10. I got the braised short rib pasta (a bit bland) and my husband got the pork chop (get the sauce on the side because it overtakes the natural flavor). 'We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.'

'No amenities just an empty pool with no water in it. The TV had a line through it down the middle so watching TV was very distracting. I woke up with graffiti on my window as I was on the first floor and the remote had tape holding the batteries in. I had to call the front desk and asked to get the remote to work for the TV as well.'

'The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds.'
