'Property needs to be remodeled. Everything except the lobby is outdated and old. There was stains on the hallways and room walls. Holes that were obviously patched up and painted over. The rooms smelled old im assuming due to the old carpet. Our room had stains on the walls and doors. The floor baseboards were dirty and rusted. Room was humid and smelled bad. Even the iron was filthy.'

'Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel.'
