Antique Charm is located in an active Neighborhood Watch area, so it's safe and therefore, absolutely no parties or pets are allowed.
Additionally, Antique Charm is completely tobacco and vape-free. Thank you for your respect in this matter.
Please note this is an historical home and there are no bathrooms on the main floor; they are upstairs and in the finished basement.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, the finished basement is a safe shelter and the fire department is literally 1 block away at the top of the hill. In partnership with the neighborhood, they operate on a "no siren rule" for your peace and quiet.

But once a reservation is confirmed, costs start rolling in on our end. Here’s how it works:
🔸 All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee – this covers admin time, merchant fees, and platform costs we don’t get back.

✅ You’ll receive a refund minus the 10% fee.

We do our best to accommodate same-day reservations made between 8 AM – 6 PM. For last-minute bookings, we may require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
