'The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

'The home was very nice. There were a lot of nice touches such as earplugs in the bedroom our dishes and coffee and a froth or and just very very nice very comfortable. Just very welcoming. The hosts were very easy to work with gave plenty of information listed expectations and allowed us to have a very nice stay in Tipp. Will stay there again next time we come through Dayton. '
